Scott Rapp

Director of Operations

Scott heads up the operations team in our Florida office. When he began in 2000, he was one of 5 employees in that office, today he oversees more than 75 employees. Scott played college and semi-pro baseball and his love of the game continues. When he is not working, he coaches a traveling baseball team.

Scott has been a great coach and mentor on the job as well. For over 15 years, he has helped guide JNR to a winning record.
